Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Residential Caseworker in West Chester, PA for a full-time evening shift. The role focuses on implementing recovery-oriented services and supporting adults and families within a comprehensive behavioral health program.

• Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

Pay Rate: $18.00 /hour

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
