Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize care flow.
• Assist providers with exams, prepare rooms, and collect specimens.
• Prepare exam rooms, ensure sanitation, stock supplies, and manage logs.
• Administer medications and vaccinations per orders and protocols when within scope.
• Perform follow-up calls to patients within 2–3 days post-discharge.
