Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN - Mckinney

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service as a clinical concierge, guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
• Assist with clinical functions including front and back-office duties, working closely with providers and the clinical team.
• This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What You’ll Need

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of an approved NCT training program
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or certification as a Medical Assistant
• Successful completion of a vocational nurse program
• Minimum 6 months of healthcare facility clinical experience as LVN, MA, CNA, or similar
• 6 months of x-ray experience or completion of internal THR NCT training
• Previous experience as licensed NCT preferred
• Experience with straight-arm x-ray, orthopedic procedures, and electronic health records preferred
• NCT registration by the Texas Medical Board upon hire
• LVN license from Texas upon hire or Medical Assistant certification if hired after 04/11/2022
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification maintained every 2 years prior to independent patient care
