Clinical Concierge - NCT with MA/LVN - Southlake

Locations currently hiring: 125 Davis Blvd, Southlake, Texas 76092 (This position involves floating)

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

• Be our “clinical concierge,” providing outstanding customer service by guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
• Assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties, working closely with providers and clinical team members.
• This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Completion of an approved NCT training program Required
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or certification as a Medical Assistant Required
• Completion of a vocational nurse program Required
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare facility as LVN, MA, CNA, or similar role Required
• Minimum 6 months of x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program Required
• Previous experience as a licensed NCT Preferred
• Experience with straight-arm x-ray, orthopedic procedures, and electronic health records Preferred
• NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire Required
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license for Texas Required
• Additional Medical Assistant certification if hired after 04/11/2022 Required
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification, maintained every 2 years Required
