Position Details

Location: 173 E. Bonds Ranch Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131 (This position will require floating)

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service as a clinical concierge, guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
2. Assist with clinical functions including front and back-office duties, collaborating closely with providers and the clinical team.
3. Float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Completion of an approved NCT training program.
3. Successful completion of a Medical Assistant or Vocational Nurse program.
4. 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare facility as LVN, MA, CNA, or similar.
5. 6 months of x-ray experience or completion of internal NCT training.
6. Previous experience as a licensed NCT is preferred.
7. Experience with electronic health records, straight-arm x-ray, and orthopedic procedures is preferred.
8. Registered Non-Certified Radiology Technician (NCT) by the Texas Medical Board upon hire.
9. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas upon hire or equivalent certification.
10. BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification maintained every 2 years.
