Qualifications

  • 6 months previous healthcare facility clinical experience as LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care.
  • NCT registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire.
  • LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse, Texas required.

Job description

Clinical Concierge - NCT with MA/LVN - Lewisville

Locations currently hiring: 6225 N. Josey Lane Suite 100, Lewisville, Texas 75056 (this position involves floating).

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM.

What you’ll do:
  1. Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
  2. Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members.
  3. This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
What you’ll need:
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Completion of approved NCT training program Required
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program; Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the Medical Assistant program Required
  • Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required
  • 6 months previous healthcare facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required
  • 6 months previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Required
  • 6 months previous experience as licensed NCT (Preferred)
  • Experience with electronic health records (Preferred)
  • Experience with straight-arm x-ray (Preferred)
  • Orthopedic experience (Preferred)
  • NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire Required
  • LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse, Texas Required
  • Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant if hired after 04/11/2022 Required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support, maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required
