Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and management to ensure excellent health care outcomes and patient experiences.

The role requires WA MA-C license/MA-R with endorsement within 30–45 days, CMA certification for Idaho, current BLS, and a minimum of 1 year in a physician setting.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification required with advanced licensing timeline (45 days from hire).
• Current BLS certification or in-house program assistance may apply.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring integration of standards and data.
