Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support care coordination within the MA-C scope and collaborate with physicians and clinic staff. The role emphasizes excellent patient service and clinic management support.

The position offers a robust benefits package and unique earning potentials, with a 0.9 FTE schedule in a day shift (8am-8pm). Prior MA-C certification and BLS are required, with licensed MA-C within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required; interim acceptable up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; endorsement required within 30 days of employment.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program possible.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
