Job summary

Cottage Health seeks a Clinical Concierge (LVN-Cert Medical Assistant) to float among ambulatory sites in the Solvang area. The role supports front and back-office tasks, assists providers, and ensures a smooth patient flow from placement to follow-up.

Ideal candidates have an LVN or MA credential, BLS, and driving privileges. This non-physician position involves travel between sites using a personal vehicle and contributing to Total Rewards offerings.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse or Medical Assistant program or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• California LVN license upon hire or MA certification upon hire and BLS upon hire.
• Class C California Driver License and acceptable driving record upon hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records, preferably Epic.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect payments.
• Assist provider with care, rooming, and procedures.
• Discharge and follow up with patients and families.
• Float between ambulatory sites as needed and travel by personal vehicle.
