Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LVN required.
• Family practice or Urgent care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette required.
• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.
• Ability to project a positive, warm, healing attitude to patients.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect payments; perform point-of-service collection.
• Room patients and assist providers with care and treatment.
• Discharge patients and arrange follow-up as directed.
• Document data accurately into patient medical records.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; assist provider as needed.
• Perform approved lab tests and administer medications as directed.
• Manage supplies and quality checks throughout the facility.
• Support patient advocacy and excellent patient experience.
