Job summary

Cottage Health is seeking a Clinical Concierge-Float to support ambulatory clinics across the region. The role includes registering patients, collecting payments, rooming, and assisting providers with care and treatment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a LVN or Medical Assistant education program or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records (preferably Epic).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred or required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect payments.
• Room patients and assist providers with care and treatment.
• Discharge patients and conduct follow-ups to maximize patient experience.
