Job summary

Require active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), case management experience, excellent communication and motivational interviewing skills, documentation accuracy, and the ability to travel for field visits.

Qualifications

• Current/Active Clinical Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Case Management experience.

• Excellent motivational interviewing skills/ability to build rapport and trust telephonically.
• Excellence in documentation and complying with regulatory standards.

• Technology proficiency.
• Ability to travel within 125 miles round trip for 1 day in the field.
• Variable work schedule with two evenings per week until 9pm local time.
