Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 1–3 years in human services, including intakes, assessments, in-home services.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families/individuals and explain services.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff.
• Assign Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality services.
• Attend client meetings and review staff notes for accuracy.
• Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals.
• Coordinate transitions and work with families and teams.
• Maintain professional ethics and communication.
