This temporary role focuses on clinical management and oversight of professionals working with individuals with disabilities, plus coordinating with families to ensure quality service delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1–3 years in human services, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel for field visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in human services conducting intakes, assessments, and in-home services.
• Must have consistent access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families or individuals to explain services.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff.
• Assign Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality services.
• Attend client meetings on caseload.
• Review staff notes and update as necessary.
• Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals.
• Coordinate transitions when individuals enter the program.
• Establish positive, trusting relationships with families and individuals.
• Model professional ethics and supervise unlicensed staff.
