Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Certifications relevant to the department may be required.
• Preferred: CNA or MA certification.
• Preferred: Nursing Fundamentals completion in an accredited program.
• Preferred: 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred: Acute care experience.

Aufgaben

• Assists the professional registered nurse in patient care under supervision.
• Provides assistance with activities of daily living safely.
• Greets patients and families; responds to requests promptly.
• Collects, records, and communicates patient data to the nurse.
• Prepares room for admission/transfer/discharge.
• Transports patients and assists with procedures as directed.
