Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN license in state of practice.
• Mandatory attendance during first 90 days.
• 1+ year healthcare experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred; current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions.
• Educate patients regarding medications, self-care, and disease management.
• Document medical histories and care in EMR with accuracy.
• Connect patients to appropriate healthcare and community resources.
