Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Care Pharmacist to manage patient and provider communications, ensure accurate prescription processing, and perform pre-verification in a hands-on onsite role.

The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with an active AZ Pharmacist license and focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree
• Active AZ Pharmacist license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of state laws
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to read and apply clinical knowledge
• Experience with call center software

Work Environment:
