Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our patient-centered team. You will contribute to accurate prescription processing, maintain compliance, and support our fast-paced production fulfillment zones, ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care.

This on-site role requires a GED or high school diploma, a valid state technician license or trainee-ship, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Master Technical Precision: We are looking for technicians who are not just participants but leaders in maintaining our high standards. Your role requires an unparalleled level of technical attention to detail, ensuring every prescription is processed with accuracy and care.
• Interact with patients and providers to assist in checkout functions.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a GED or high school diploma.
• An active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee license).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer skills, comfortable with our state-of-the-art systems.
• Pharmaceutical Expertise: Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP) is highly valued.
• Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy setting and a proven track record of accuracy in data entry roles within the pharmacy sector.
• Attention to Detail: Your meticulous attention to detail sets you apart, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
• Customer Service Excellence: A strong background in customer service, understanding that every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Hourly Pay Rate

$22 - $24 USD
