Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Clinical Care Pharmacist to manage patient and provider communications and ensure accurate prescription processing in an onsite, 9:00am–5:00pm role.

The position emphasizes pre-verification for quality control and compliance with SOPs, with responsibilities including verifying prescriptions, calculating ingredients, and guiding providers on appropriate therapy and dosing for individualized care.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of state laws
• Ability to read and apply clinical knowledge
• Experience with call center software

This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

The range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 with a 10% bonus.
