Strive Pharmacy is hiring a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician in Colorado to join a patient-focused team delivering personalized care. You will be at the heart of our communication between patients, providers, and pharmacists, ensuring accurate and timely service.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Active Arizona State Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Current and valid PTCB certification required.
• Clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Experience in customer service or call center in pharmaceutical/healthcare space.
• Strong attention to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide solutions to inquiries about orders (payment, shipping, processing).
• Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
• Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.

Required Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• An active Arizona State Technician License
• Current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required.
• A clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
• Strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
• Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat channels.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset that aligns with Strive's culture of "Striving With Heart"

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Hourly Pay Rate

$20-$25 USD
