Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• GED or high school diploma.
• Current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required.
• A clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
• Strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
• Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat channels.
• A collaborative, team‑first mindset that aligns with Strive's culture of "Striving With Heart".
