Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager based in Oregon with a home office work setting. The role provides clinical and operational leadership for care management services to improve care delivery and outcomes.

You will oversee service delivery, ensure quality and integrity of clinical programs, and manage the performance of clinical staff while collaborating across the organization to enhance operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services field required.
• RN, OT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required; behavioral health experience for RN.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience including care management, utilization management, care coordination, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare services.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including financial management.
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clinical Service Delivery: Oversee high-quality clinical care management and care coordination services following guidelines and contractual requirements.
• Manage and Develop Clinical Teams: Coach, train, and develop clinical staff through performance management and professional development.
• Manage Operational Performance: Monitor financial performance, staffing, productivity and service delivery within budget.
• Support Budget and Workforce Planning: Contribute to annual budgeting and staffing plans and provide reporting on key metrics.
• Strengthen Clinical Quality: Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality practices.
• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience: Build relationships with clients and provide prompt, effective responses to concerns.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in social services field

RN license (behavioral health experience required)
