Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services field is required.
• RN, OT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• RN must have behavioral health experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience including care management, utilization management, care coordination, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare services.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience including financial management.
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality clinical care management and care coordination services, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines, operational policies, contractual requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational objectives.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop clinical staff through routine check-ins, performance management, professional development, and ongoing support.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, productivity, and service delivery to ensure programs operate efficiently and within established budgetary expectations.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and staffing plans and provide reporting on key financial and staff productivity measures.
• Partner with Care Management, Medical Affairs, and other teams to develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, operational procedures, and quality management practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide prompt, effective communication and solutions to concerns involving providers, patients, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Support new business proposals, product development, and other growth initiatives.
