Position Overview
The Clinical Care Coordinator performs patient care and administrative responsibilities to support patients and providers. This full-time role is based out of our Edina Crosstown, Eden Prairie, and Waconia locations, working M-F between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions
- Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms
- Room patients, obtain medical histories, and prepare for exams
- Maintain clinical flow and assist with documentation in electronic health records
- Assist with procedures such as injections, dressings, cast applications, and suture removal
- Ensure coding accuracy during data entry
- Provide patient education and assist with specimen collection
- Act as a prescribing delegate for medical orders under provider supervision
- Support provider procedures and manage medical supplies
- Handle patient calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals and authorizations
- Maintain communication between providers and patients and manage patient records
- Support clinic prep, scheduling, transcription, and other administrative tasks
- Support multiple specialties as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C), or equivalent preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred
- Experience in medical office or customer service preferred

- Starting pay varies based on experience
- $1,500 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment (internal applicants excluded)

Essential Requirements
- Complete necessary training and comply with laws (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and ability to travel within clinic locations
