Job summary

The Wilhite Law Firm in Denver is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to serve as the firm’s clinical resource for clients receiving medical treatment during the Pre-Litigation process. You will act as a primary liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and the legal team, coordinating appointments, referrals, and follow-up care while helping patients navigate the healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge – RN, LPN, NP, PA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical healthcare, care coordination, or care advocacy.
• Experience in personal injury, healthcare, insurance, or medical care coordination preferred.
• Ability to navigate healthcare systems and remove barriers to treatment continuity.
• Strong medical terminology and knowledge of treatment progression.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMR systems, provider portals, and referral platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical liaison between clients, medical providers, and legal team for treatment coordination.
• Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up treatment.
• Help clients navigate the healthcare system and address barriers.
• Monitor treatment plans, appointments, and gaps in care.
• Elevate concerns to Case Manager and attorney when needed.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
• Document treatment activity and communications in firm systems.
