Job summary

The Wilhite Law Firm in Denver seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to support trial teams with research, document preparation, client interviews, and discovery responses. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a paralegal certificate preferred.

This hybrid role offers a competitive salary between $75k and $95k, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative environment focused on client care and results.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal under attorney supervision.
• At least one year of personal injury experience
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Review, request, compile, and organize medical records including facilitating third-party vendor services for such.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, disclosure statements, subpoenas, affidavits, and discovery requests or responses. Also, filing motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses as directed by supervising attorney.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
