Job summary

The Wilhite Law Firm in Denver, CO is seeking a detail‑oriented team member for a support role in our busy personal injury practice. You will schedule calls and statements, gather damage estimates and medical ledgers, and liaise with carriers to move cases forward.

You should bring strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑pace environment, and proficiency with MS Office and Filevine. Bilingual is a plus; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems.
• Filevine exposure preferred.
• Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary.
• Office – onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties.
• Request property damage estimates and photos.
• Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers.
• Obtain medical payment ledgers.
• Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters.
• Follow up, follow up, follow up.
• Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc.
