Job summary

The Wilhite Law Firm in Denver seeks a driven Pre-Litigation Attorney to own a diverse personal injury docket and advocate for clients through recovery. You will build strong attorney-client relationships and craft strategies that maximize outcomes.

You will collaborate with the litigation team, guide clients through treatment and claim progression, and negotiate with insurers while maintaining compassionate client service and clear communication throughout the life of each case.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Active Colorado law license in good standing is required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong negotiation and client communication skills desired
• Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced personal injury caseload

What You'll Do

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will have ownership of diversified personal injury docket while serving as a trusted advocate for your clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Building strong attorney-client relationships
• Evaluating liability, damages, and case value
• Developing effective case strategies
• Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression
• Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing parties
• Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and adjusters
• Resolving claims efficiently while maximizing client outcomes
• Working closely with our Litigation Team to transition cases when litigation becomes necessary, BUT with the potential opportunity to work choice cases through litigation
• Delivering exceptional client service and communication throughout the life of the case

Compensation

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 base
• Monthly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities - tied to settlement amounts

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Colorado law license and good standing with the Colorado Bar
• Want to learn from the best
