Qualifications

• JD and active Colorado license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation and/or medical malpractice experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Experience with trials in complex cases.
• Excellent negotiation skills and advocacy.
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and standards.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and firm events.
