Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Colorado license.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation and/or medical malpractice experience.
• Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Proven trial experience in complex cases.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and company events including Friday happy hours.
