Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a Clinical Support Liaison to coordinate specialty care across multiple providers and locations, ensuring seamless collaboration among clinicians, patients, and pharmacies.

You will manage authorizations, patient access to medications, telehealth setup, and real-time tracking, while performing routine audits. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare case-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field is required
• Proven experience in case management or related healthcare role
• Expertise in insurance verification, prior authorizations, and patient assistance programs
• Proficiency in tracking tools and real-time data management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Reach out to providers to request signed documentation and schedule reminders.
• Obtain EMR access or relevant patient information for pharmacist visits.
• Manage prior authorizations across platforms and renewals.
• Coordinate patient access to medications and assist with copay programs.
• Coordinate specialty pharmacy discussions and track PA progress.
• Maintain real-time communication across locations and teams.
• Run audits of clinical schedules and trackers and manage shipments.
