Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid state license or certification (BCBA, LCSW, LSW, LPCC, LPC).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, practicum or internship acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate clients’ behavior treatment plans with data collection and analysis.
• Provide face-to-face clinical services to BSLS clients within scope of practice.
• Respond to crisis situations and debrief staff after incidents.
• Maintain clinical records and develop PBSPs, FBAs, and clinical meeting summaries.
• Conduct assessments and participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
