Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Specialist to provide specialized behavioral support across multiple settings.

You will develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans under supervision, and train care team staff to ensure effective plan execution. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, analyzing data, and adjusting plans as needed to improve quality of life for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSP) under supervision.
• Train care team staff to ensure BSP execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to apply behavior support strategies.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Provide crisis management support and post‑incident debriefs.
