• Trains Care Team staff to execute BSP.
• Monitors progress and updates interventions based on data.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure effective plan execution.
• Maintains comprehensive notes and data in records.
• Provides on-call support and crisis management assistance as needed.
