Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• BCaBA required or enrolled in BCBA path.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant behavioral experience with adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Behavior Support Plans (BSP) under supervision.
• Trains staff to implement BSP and intervenes during challenging behavior.
• Participates in clinical/behavioral consultations with residential managers and providers.
• Monitors progress, analyzes data, and adjusts intervention plans as needed.
• Maintains records and reports; communicates with family and stakeholders.
• Performs on-call duties as required.
