Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavior Program Manager (BCBA/LPC) in Everett, WA. You will develop and implement PBSPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff to deliver tailored behavioral plans for clients with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field delivering direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience providing behavioral tech support to individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Behavioral Disorders, or Mental Health.
• Fingerprints and criminal clearance prior to starting; driver's license and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observes clients individually.
• Develops and updates initial PBSP; creates and implements behavior support protocols.
• Collects, analyzes and disseminates behavioral data; trains staff on PBSPs.
• Attends client care committee meetings and planning meetings to develop or modify behavioral plans.
• Conducts fidelity evaluations to ensure plans are implemented as designed.
• Provides training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans; collaborates with other professionals and guardians.
• Reviews incident reports and participates in referrals and intake assessments.
• Maintains organizational policies and participates in psychoactive medication review appointments.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
