Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager for supported living services in Rochester, WA. The role requires BCBA or equivalent certification and leads PBSP development, data analysis, and staff training to ensure high-quality behavioral support.

Expect a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus up to $6,000 retention bonus, with full-time, on-site work based in the Olympia area. Background checks and licensing requirements apply to all applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related fields.
• Experience providing behavioral support to adults or children with Autism, ID, or behavioral disorders.
• Must pass Washington State background check and have a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Initial PBSPs and behavioral plans.
• Train staff on PBSPs and review behavior data weekly for accuracy.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data for program improvements.
• Collaborate with Behavior Support Director and other professionals to ensure compliance.
