Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or similar) to oversee behavioral support in Washington. The role involves developing PBSPs, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have regulatory and licensing compliance experience.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work or related field.
• Experience delivering behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients individually to tailor behavior plans.
• Develop initial PBSP and update as needs change.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data for reviews.
• Train direct staff on PBSPs and monitor weekly data tracking.
• Attend planning and care meetings with stakeholders and guardians.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and licensing rules.
