Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or licensed equivalent.
• WA licensure as LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care or disability services.
• Experience providing behavioral tech support for individuals with Autism or IDD.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients on an individualized basis.
• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Collect, organize, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train staff to PBSP and review data weekly for accuracy.
• Produce, review and modify PBSPs.
• Provide training to residential staff on behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee meetings and planning meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective care.
• Screen referrals and support intake assessments.
• Conduct fidelity evaluations to ensure plan implementation.
