Job summary

SAILS Washington, part of the Redwood Family Care Network, seeks a Clinical Behavior Program Manager (BCBA/LPC) in Everett, WA to ensure regulatory compliance and develop initial PBSPs tailored to each client's needs.

You will train staff, collect and analyze behavioral data, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve client outcomes. BCBA/LPC/MFT/LBA/BCaBA credentials and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

  • BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA certification required.
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work or related fields.
  • Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Observes clients and develops initial PBSPs.
  • Collects, analyzes and disseminates behavioral data.
  • Trains staff on PBSPs and reviews data weekly.
  • Produces and updates PBSPs as needed.
  • Provides training to residential staff on behavioral plans.
  • Attends client care committee meetings and planning meetings.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing and organizational policies.
  • Collaborates with teachers, guardians, case managers and medical staff.
