Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network’s SAILS Washington unit in Everett, WA is seeking a Clinical Behavior Program Manager (BCBA/LPC) for a full-time, on-site role. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop initial PBSPs, and create behavior support protocols tailored to each client’s needs.

Candidates must hold BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA credentials, with at least three years of supervisory experience in social services, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed licenses (BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA).
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Observes clients on an individualized basis.
• Develop Initial PBSP and updates as needs change
• Collects, analyzes and disseminates behavioral data.
• Train direct staff to the PBSP and review behavior data weekly
• Produces, reviews and modifies PBSP
• Provide training to Residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee meetings
• Collaborate with Behavior Support Director to ensure compliance
• Attend planning meetings to develop/modify behavioral plans
• Participate in intake assessment and referral screening
• Perform fidelity evaluations to ensure plans are implemented as designed
• Create and provide training related to behavioral support to residence staff
• Maintain and promote organizational policies and procedures
• Participate in medication review appointments
• Create visual aids for clients
• Review incident reports related to behavioral episodes
• Provide counseling to staff on progress of clients
• Evaluate placement into supported living
• Work with other professionals and guardians
• Provide one-to-one and group staff training
• Enter data into Excel or tracking software for reports
• Other duties as assigned
