Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network's SAILS Washington division in Lacey, WA is seeking a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or similar) to oversee regulatory compliance, develop PBSPs, and implement behavior support protocols tailored to each client. This role leads training for residential staff, collaborates with teachers, guardians and medical staff, and ensures data collection and reporting accuracy.

A BCBA/LPC/MFT/LBA/BCaBA certification is required, with supervisory experience in related

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following certificates or licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, or LBA.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Fingerprinting and criminal clearance prior to starting.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Washington SAILS training program and regulatory compliance.
• Develop initial PBSPs and update as client needs change.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data to guide interventions.
• Train direct staff to PBSPs and review data weekly for accuracy.
• Provide training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
