Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across the state in a hybrid role combining in-home sessions, supervision, and remote clinical work. This flexible opportunity can be full-time or part-time, with strong clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and pathways for licensure expansion.

Qualifications

• NC licensure or eligibility
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver parent training and caregiver support
• Maintain documentation in line with ethical and clinical standards
