Aria Alessia Kids Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Clinical Associate II to support children through play, movement and everyday learning moments. You will build warm relationships with children and families, stay active during sessions and help maintain a safe, welcoming clinic.

The role offers mentorship from experienced clinicians, exposure to ESDM and PRT, and hands-on development of clinical skills as you progress toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 40-hour RBT training completion preferred.
• Experience with children in education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work helpful.
• Playful, patient and compassionate approach to supporting young children.

About The Role

As a Clinical Associate II, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands‑on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play‑based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands‑on activities
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed

Compensation
