Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Seattle seeks a Clinical Assistant to support autism and child development programs. You’ll work with children through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities, building warm, trusting relationships with families and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• RBT training completion is preferred for the role.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work is highly desirable.

As a Clinical Assistant, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will

Compensation
