Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Vancouver, WA seeks a Clinical Associate I (Bilingual) to support autism and child development through play-based therapy. You will build warm relationships with children and families, engage in active therapy sessions, and maintain a safe, welcoming clinic environment.

The role includes training to become an RBT and ongoing mentorship. A High School Diploma is required, with preferred degrees or enrollment in related programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or current enrollment in a related program preferred.

As a Clinical Associate I, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work

Compensation
