Aria Alessia Kids Center seeks a Clinical Associate I (Bilingual) to engage children through play and movement, supporting learning in ABA-based approaches like ESDM and PRT. You’ll work with families, build trust, stay active in sessions, and contribute to a safe, welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is preferred/required.

As a Clinical Associate I, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You'll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will

• Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work

Compensation

• $18 - $24 hourly
