Aria Alessia Kids Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a Clinical Associate I to support autism and child development through play-based therapy and collaboration with experienced clinicians. Training to become an RBT is provided, with mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

You will engage children using evidence‑based ABA approaches like ESDM and PRT, participate in team-focused care, and help families with strategies for learning at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate degree or current enrollment in a related program.
• Preferred: Completion of the 40‑hour RBT training.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work.
• Playful, patient and compassionate approach to supporting young children.

As a Clinical Associate I, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands‑on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play‑based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will
