Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Vancouver, WA seeks a Clinical Associate II to support autism and child development through evidence-based, play-based ABA. The role centers on building relationships with children and families, guiding learning moments, and staying engaged during therapy sessions.

You will participate in 40-hour RBT training and ongoing mentorship while contributing to a welcoming clinic that celebrates each child's strengths and promotes growth through joyful, child-centered

Qualifications

As a Clinical Associate II, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Model the use of child-centered, relationship-based practices
• Complete the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing mentorship.
