Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Tacoma, Washington is seeking a Clinical Associate II to support children through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities while building warm relationships with families.

You will train toward Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, work alongside experienced clinicians, and contribute to naturalistic, play-based ABA approaches such as ESDM and PRT, with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with children and autism therapies preferred.
• RBT training or certification is a plus.

As a Clinical Associate II, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You'll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:
